Procedures & Process for Resume Handling

When writing the resume or filling the application, please be accurate, honest, clear and concise.

We would also like that you share a recent clear photograph of yourself.

The resume will be used solely for uniting single Muslims for intend of marriage. All information provided in the resume will not be shared with anyone other than a potential match and will be kept confidential.

Once when your resume is received, our Marriage Match Making team will look over the resume and try to find the best possible match.

Once when you fill the application and all its forms, you may scan them and email the forms to matchmaking@snmc.ca.
You may also print them, fill them and mail the letter to the SNMC’s address:

We will contact the person to notify him/her that we received the resume and then set up a time to meet with members of the committee.

After the match is made the two parties involved are contacted and notified of a potential match.

The potential match then will be able to view each other’s resume.

They can then decide if they wish to pursue the match further.

If one of the parties disagrees to the match then one of the committee members will notify the other party.

If both parties agree to pursue the match then each party involved will be notifies.

Introductions are done and agreements are made for the two parties to meet.

Our committee will then step back at this point in time allowing the parties to discuss other forms of communication. This will be done on the basis of both parties agreements.

At this point in time the parties may proceed on their own; however, SNMC does offer pre-marital counseling and marriage services.
